Robyn Furman

Robyn Furman is the Vice President for Employee Engagement and Education at RXR and is the principal of RF Consulting, In addition to her HR expertise, she has many years of experience as a fundraising professional. Her development expertise includes donor cultivation and stewardship, corporate and business outreach, event production, budget management, and strategic planning. Ms. Furman’s clients have included The Municipal Art Society of New York, The Floating Hospital, Monumental Women, and SuperCommunity LIC. She has also served as the Director of Development and Communication at Literacy Partners, and Director of Development at the Children’s Defense Fund — New York.

Active in civic affairs, Ms. Furman is a former Friends Committee member of the Cornelia Connelly Center and Chair of the Junior Advisory Board for the Committee for Hispanic Children and Families. She also served for many years as a mentor and Committee Member at the Children’s Aid Society.

Ms. Furman holds certificates from the Cornell ILR School in Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources and Employee Relations. She graduated from the University of Delaware and has completed graduate work in Multicultural and Urban Education at the College of Mount St. Vincent. She currently resides in Long Island City with her husband.
