Tina Stinson-DaCruz

Tina Stinson-DaCruz serves as Director in Charge of Compliance Risk Assessment, Reporting, and Education at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She is also an adjunct professor on the faculty at Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business. She has over 20 years as a learning and development professional and has designed and facilitated ethics, compliance, and conflicts of interest courses in both classroom and online (asynchronous) learning environments. Ms. Stinson-DaCruz has expertise designing and facilitating courses in career development, leadership, management, and business writing.

Ms. Stinson-DaCruz attained a doctorate (EdD) in adult education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a BBA in human resource management from Pace University (summa cum laude) and an MS in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University. She has certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion; ethics and corporate governance; compliance; instructional design; classroom facilitation; and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Ms. Stinson-DaCruz has authored several articles and conference papers, including the peer reviewed article, The Intersection of Compliance and Diversity: The interconnectedness of these two disciplines and the implications for the compliance profession (Journal of Financial Compliance, 2020). In 2019 her chapter titled Working-class Student to Scholar: Overcoming Feelings of Otherness, appeared in the book Leaps of Faith: Stories from Working Class Scholars. Ms. Stinson-DaCruz is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of Community Food Advocates.
